2017 Nutcracker Auditions

Auditions for the 2017 Nutcracker are coming!  They will be Saturday, August 19, 2017 at Impact Dance at 3725 E Southern Ave, Mesa (SE corner of Val Vista and Southern).  Times are:

Ages 6-9: 12:30 pm – 1:15 pm

Ages 10-13: 1:30 pm – 2:00 pm

Boys: 2:15 pm – 2:45 pm

Ages 13+ (Beg/Int Ballet Level): 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Int/Adv Dancers w/pointe: 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm

Adults 18+: 5:45 pm – 6:15 pm

Registration begins 30 minutes before posted audition time.  There is a $20 per dancer audition fee.

2017-2018 Company Auditions

Auditions for Arizona Youth Ballet’s 2017-2018 Company will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2017.  

Audition information:

Where: Impact Dance, 3725 E Southern Ave, Mesa (Southern & Val Vista on the SE corner)

When: Ages 7-9: 9:00-10:30

            Ages 10 and up: 10:30-12:00

Registration begins 30 minutes before posted audition time.  There is a $20 audition fee per dancer.

Congratulations to Payton Kline!

Congratulations to Payton Kline on her acceptance of a contract for the 2017-2018 season with Minnesota Ballet!  Payton recently danced the role of Swanhilda in Arizona Youth Ballet’s Spring production of Coppelia (pictured below).  She was beautiful and we understand completely why Minnesota Ballet would offer her a contract.  We know that she will shine in Minnesota and are excited to see what the future holds for Payton!
